1 /7 /2009 മുതല്‍ പ്രാബല്യം-
1 /7 /2009 മുതല്‍ 1 /1 /2011 വരെ ശമ്പളകുടിശിക പി എഫില്‍ ലയിപ്പിക്കും.
1 /2 /2011 മുതല്‍ കൈയില്‍ ലഭിക്കും
ശമ്പള ഫിക്സേഷന്‍ : 1 /7 /2009 നു അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ ഓപ്ഷന്‍ തിയതിയിലുള്ള അടിസ്ഥാന ശമ്പളം + 64 % ഡിഏ+10.5 % ഫിട്മെന്റ്റ് ബെനിഫിറ്റ് + ഒരു വര്ഷം സര്‍വീസിനു 1/2 % വെയിറ്റേജ് എന്നിവ ചേര്‍ത്ത് തുക കാണുക. ഈ തുകക്ക് തൊട്ടുമുകളിലുള്ള ശമ്പളസ്കെയിലിലെ അടുത്ത സ്റ്റേജില്‍ ശമ്പളം ഫിക്സ് ചെയ്യുക.
ഓപ്ഷന്‍ തീയതി: പരമാവധി അടുത്ത ഇന്ക്രിമെന്റ് തീയതി വരെ. 1 /7 /2009 നു ശേഷം പ്രമോഷന്‍ ലഭിച്ച ആള്‍ക്ക് പ്രമോഷന്‍ തീയതിക്ക് അപ്പുറം ഓപ്ഷന്‍ നീക്കിയെടുക്കാന്‍ സാധിക്കില്ല. ഓപ്ഷന്‍ തീയതി ശമ്പള പരിഷ്കരണത്തീയതി മുതല്‍ ഒരു വര്ഷം വരെ മാത്രം.
ഗ്രേഡ് കാലദൈര്‍ഘ്യം കുറച്ചു.
പ്രൈമറി,ഹൈസ്കൂള്‍,ഹയര്‍ സെക്കണ്ടറി അധ്യാപകര്‍ക്ക് 8, 15 , 22 വര്ഷം സര്‍വീസിനു ഗ്രേഡ് ലഭിക്കും.
ഡി എ 1 /7 /2009 = 0 ,1 /1 /2010 മുതല്‍ 8 %, 1 /7 /2010 മുതല്‍ 18 %
ഓപ്ഷന്‍ തീയതി: പരമാവധി അടുത്ത ഇന്ക്രിമെന്റ് തീയതി വരെ. 1 /7 /2009 നു ശേഷം പ്രമോഷന്‍ ലഭിച്ച ആള്‍ക്ക് പ്രമോഷന്‍ തീയതിക്ക് അപ്പുറം ഓപ്ഷന്‍ നീക്കിയെടുക്കാന്‍ സാധിക്കില്ല. ഓപ്ഷന്‍ തീയതി ശമ്പള പരിഷ്കരണത്തീയതി മുതല്‍ ഒരു വര്ഷം വരെ മാത്രം.

പ്രൈമറി,ഹൈസ്കൂള്‍,ഹയര്‍ സെക്കണ്ടറി അധ്യാപകര്‍ക്ക് 8, 15 , 22 വര്ഷം സര്‍വീസിനു ഗ്രേഡ് ലഭിക്കും.

The existing part time contingent Employees will come over to the newly introduced scale of pay and their pay will be fixed at the minimum of the scales eligible for each category.
In the case of those employees such quantum of increase will be added to the minimum, so arrived at and pay will be fixed at the next stage in the new scale.
If it is a stage in the new scale, the next stage will be allowed, subject to a minimumbenefit of Rs.300/-
Part time contingent employees are eligible for one additional increment each on completion of qualifying service of 8,15,22 years.
